![]() I click on the Customer Service link on the same pop up and am told "Your Adobe serial number has expired or is invalid". From my Adobe account I located the serial number but it refuses to accept it, telling me I'm not connected to the internet. ![]() Since then it has been prompting me to input my serial number. Even though I've since found out I didn't have to do this to sort the problem out, for the first time ever, I uninstalled then reinstalled CS6 from the original disc. Last week I purged a load of files from my laptop and clearly deleted some metadata I shouldn't have and consequently Audition would not open. I have been happily using CS6 on my MacBook pro since 2013 without any issues (ensuring I've only updated to High Sierra to ensure its able to continue to running properly). In short, I have 1 day left to revalidate my legitimate version of CS6 before it stops working and I'm looking for a way around this.
